Dylan’s Brownies

Ingredients

  • Salted Butter – 180 grams
  • White Chocolate – 300 grams
  • Cocoa Powder – 40 grams
  • 4 eggs
  • Golden syrup – 80 grams
  • Roasted, skinless hazelnuts – 80 grams
  • Plain Flour – 180 grams
  • Vanilla Pod – 2.5
  • Caster Sugar – 300grams

Method

  1. Melt white chocolate onto a tray and leave to set in freezer
  2. Cream butter and sugar together with vanilla
  3. Add golden syrup to sugar mixture
  4. Add cocoa powder to sugar mixture
  5. Gently fold in flour then add chopped hazelnuts and white chocolate
  6. Spread into greased and floured tray
  7. Bake 10-15 min on 140-160
  8. Cool before cutting
