DYLAN – The Villain

Started cheffing here on the central coast at 18 after working as a waiter for a few years on the south coast.

  • If I wasn’t a chef I would most likely be doing anything in the music industry, most likely as a sound/audio engineer.
  • Fave thing about the point is the people I get to work with and the freedom to learn new skills to become a better chef.
  • Fave dish is probably the lamb shanks.
  • Worked in this kitchen for about 5 years.
  • In the next 5 years I’d like to be travelling, working my way around Europe or America.
  • For my next dessert I’m thinking of doing a twist on the lemon meringue.
